Beshear: Vaccine eligibility to expand Monday; those 16 and older eligible by April 12

Gov. Andy Beshear on Thursday announced he expects to open COVID-19 vaccinations to all Kentuckians age 16 and older by April 12. He said beginning Monday, Group 1C will expand to include anyone age 50 and over.
