With 10 years of experience in the industry, Issac Rhodes started Rhodes Plumbing Pros last year and hasn’t looked back since. The full-service plumbing company offers services ranging from new construction and home renovations to services or repairs.
Rhodes is a Whitesville native and graduate of Trinity High School and jumped at the opportunity to work for himself. He had some valuable contacts that helped him get the business off the ground but said that more work is coming organically.
“When we first started, we had some guys that would feed us some work, but we are now seeing more come organically through word of mouth, social media, and our website,” Rhodes said. “Those customers I appreciate the most because it shows that we are doing our job well and professionally.”
He doesn’t take the Pros in the name lightly, emphasizing clean and efficient work. He said he wants to provide Owensboro, Daviess County, and surrounding areas with the best customer experience possible by maintaining the highest standard of professionalism.
“We’re operating professionally, people are responding positively to it, and we’re continuing to grow,” Rhodes said. “We’re here for the community and want to show quality work in the field and do things right.”
Rhodes has been in the industry for nearly a decade, primarily specializing in commercial and industrial installation. He got his first taste of the residential side when he began working with some contractors in recent years and decided it was time to venture out on his own.
“I had planned on starting a business for probably the past five or six years at least,” he said. “I was laid off earlier last year and decided to pursue the idea of having my own business.”
