A portion of U.S. 60 on the east side of Daviess County is expected to be entirely shut down for approximately 2 hours, as crews work an accident involving a FedEx truck and a semi-trailer truck.
According to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, the accident is in the 12200 block of U.S. 60 East.
Detours are being set up at this time. Officials are requesting that large trucks detour using U.S. 231 North (Natcher Bridge), as the local detour is to narrow for large trucks.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office and Fire Department are on scene.
