Three people are facing several drug and gun charges after a search warrant resulted in the seizure of numerous weapons, meth, pills, and other drug paraphernalia from a residence in the 2900 block of Yosemite Drive.
According to a release from the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, a search warrant was executed at approximately 8:30 p.m. Thursday after “a tip from a concerned citizen” requested DCSO to start an investigation into guns and drugs being sold out of the residence.
DCSO reported that the search warrant led to the seizure of “various loaded semi-auto pistols, hi-capacity magazine, a loaded AR-style rifle, an additional loaded rifle, extra ammunition, marijuana, methamphetamines, suboxine pills, digital scale, currency, various pipes, baggies and drug paraphernalia.”
Dillin Ray Clark, 25, Cody Russell Clark, 26 and Stacey Ann Clark, 50, all of the 2900 block of Yosemite Drive, were charged with various offenses. Dillin Ray and Cody Russell are lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center. The investigation is still ongoing and additional charges will be filed, according to DCSO.

- Trafficking in Marijuana (less than 8 oz), 1st Offense (Firearm enhancement)
- Drug Paraphernalia (Buy/Possess) (Firearm enhancement)
- Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon (3 counts)
- Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
- Probation Violation Warrant on:
- Burglary, 2nd Degree
- Contempt of Court

- Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
Stacey Ann Clark faces the following charges:
- Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamines)
- Drug Paraphernalia (Buy/Possess)
- Possession of Marijuana
