Owensboro Police Department arrested Logan Clark, 20, of Owensboro, and a juvenile Thursday evening in relation to a man with a weapon complaint.
OPD received a call to the 2100 Block of Lovell Drive for a man with weapon call. After arriving on scene, OPD located two loaded handguns, one of which was determined to be stolen, and amounts of what they suspect to be methamphetamine, marijuana and various drug paraphernalia items.
It was later discovered that Clark was a convicted felon, according to OPD.
Both individuals were arrested with the following:
The juvenile was arrested and transported to Warren County Regional Juvenile Detention Center with the following charges:
- Possession of Handgun by Minor, 2nd or Greater (2 Counts)
- Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm)
- Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
The juvenile has previously been charged with the following:
- Possession of Handgun by Minor 1st Offense
- Burglary 1st Degree
Clark was arrested and is held at Daviess County Detention Center with the following charges:
- Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon (Enhancement)
- Unlawful Transaction with a Minor, 1st Offense – Illegal Controlled Substance
Under 18 Years Old (Enhancement) - Using Restricted Ammo During Felony (No Shots) (Enhancement)
- Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)
(Enhancement) - Trafficking in Marijuana (Less Than 8 Ounces) 1st Offense (Enhancement)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Enhancement)
- Violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO (Enhancement)
- Violation of a Foreign EPO/DVO (Enhancement)
- Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm) (Enhancement)
He also has been previously charged with the following:
- Robbery 1st Degree
- Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree
- Trafficking in Controlled Substance, 1st Offense (Carfentanil or Fentanyl Derivatives) (Enhancement)
