The Owensboro Neighborhood Alliance annual cleanups will begin next month, allowing citizens to place approved items at their curb for disposal. Residents are also encouraged to help beautify their neighborhood by picking up litter along sidewalks and streets on their scheduled cleanup day.

Boundaries for your neighborhood alliance can be found here

The Sanitation Department will provide free curbside pickup to alliance residential customers for junk furniture, appliances, tires, and other items. Sanitation crews cannot collect construction debris/materials, yard waste, dirt, paint, or any type of liquid.

Place items curbside by the Friday night prior to your scheduled cleanup. If you have large items, call CityAction at 270-687-4444 or e-mail [email protected] by the Wednesday before your cleanup to schedule a pickup. Smaller items must be bagged or boxed.
