After spending 5 years working at a nonprofit, Stephanie Bertram decided she wanted to continue serving the community in a different capacity. So, last spring, she obtained her realtor license through the Greater Owensboro Realtor Association and went full-time with BHG Realty.

“I think my community connections can set me apart from the average realtor,” Bertram said. “My involvement in community organizations demonstrates my deep connection to the area I work in. This appeals to clients who value local expertise and want a realtor who understands the community dynamics, amenities, and resources.”

Bertram said her background provided her with years of extensive communication and relationship-building skills. She said that skill set laid the foundation for her future in real estate.

“Through networking within community organizations, I have a broad network of contacts across different sectors, including businesses, government, and community leaders, which can be invaluable for generating client connections,” she said. “Clients appreciate that I prioritize ethics, social responsibility, and community well-being, which builds trust and loyalty.”

The community is important to Bertram, who takes pride in fostering connections and working with others to make the city a vibrant, inclusive, and thriving place to live, work, and play.

“This city has a rich history and a strong sense of community pride,” she said. “Being a part of the Owensboro community means actively engaging with and contributing to the social, cultural, economic, and civic life of Owensboro, KY.”

Bertram wants to work with clients to “open the door to their dream home or investment opportunity.” For more information, visit her website here. Search Stephanie Bertram, Realtor, to find her on Facebook and Instagram.

“I’m dedicated to ‘opening doors for you,’” Bertram said. “With my personalized approach, extensive market knowledge, and commitment to your needs, I’ll help you find the perfect home or sell your property seamlessly.”
