Easter Egg Hunt coming to Yellow Creek Park in March

A new Easter Egg Hunt is coming to Yellow Creek Park next month. The event will provide children a chance to meet the Easter Bunny and will also include food, games, and more.

The event is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 30 at the Jim Lambert Pioneer Village. A total of 8,000 eggs will be stuffed with candy and prizes. There will be a few golden eggs that come with additional prizes.

Egg hunt times and age divisions are as follows:

  • 11:45 a.m. – Ages 1 to 5
  • 12:30 p.m. – Ages 6 to 9
  • 1:15 p.m. – Ages 10 to 12

A photo booth will be set up with the Easter Bunny and a themed backdrop. There is no cost to take photos.

The event also will offer crafts and games for the entire family along with vendors and food trucks.
