The City of Owensboro is hosting its annual liquidation surplus auction on Thursday. Numerous vehicles, large equipment, and other items will be for sale.
The auction starts at 10 a.m. on August 7 at the Owensboro Sportscenter. Pre-registration and inspection will start at 2 p.m. on August 6 at the Sportscenter, giving attendees an early chance to see the items.
Among the items available are dump trucks, work and passenger vehicles, police cruisers, buses, tractors, mowers, trailers, bikes, and more. Click here for a more complete list and photos of many of the bigger items.
All equipment and machinery are sold “as-is” and “where-is” with no buyer’s premium for on-site purchases. All purchased items must be removed from the parking lot by 5 p.m. on August 7.
