Kentucky Wesleyan fell 55-0 to Ashland University on Saturday afternoon at Steele Stadium.
Ashland (4-1, 3-0 G-MAC) controlled the game from start to finish, scoring 10 points in the opening quarter, 28 in the second, 10 in the third, and seven in the final period.
DeMauriah Brown provided a spark for the Panthers’ offense, turning five carries into 29 yards, including a long run of 27.
Defensively, Nehemiah Askew led the way with nine tackles — five solo and four assisted. Jalon Baker followed with eight tackles and an interception, while Jahiem Williams also came away with a pick.
Kentucky Wesleyan (0-5, 0-3 G-MAC) will remain at home next Saturday, Oct. 11, to face Ohio Dominican. Kickoff is set for noon, with the game streaming live on FloCollege.
