Country music icon Dwight Yoakam is set to perform at Beaver Dam Amphitheater for a one-night-only concert on August 29, 2026, as part of the First United Bank & Trust Concert Series.
Yoakam, a multiple Grammy Award-winning artist known for his influential role in shaping modern country music, will bring his catalog of hits and signature sound to western Kentucky for what organizers describe as a major event for the region.

Presale tickets will be available from 9 a.m. CT on March 25 through 11:59 p.m. CT on March 26, with fans encouraged to sign up at BeaverDamAmp.com for access to the presale password. Public ticket sales will begin at 9 a.m. CT on March 27.
With a career spanning decades, Yoakam has sold more than 25 million albums worldwide and earned 21 Grammy nominations along with multiple wins. His catalog includes 12 gold albums and nine platinum or multi-platinum releases, with five albums reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart. Nearly 40 of his singles have charted on Billboard, including 14 Top 10 hits.
Yoakam was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2019 and has received honors from the Americana Music Association and BMI Country Music.
His most recent album, “Brighter Days,” released in November 2024, marked his first new project in nine years and features a mix of original songs and covers.
In addition to his music career, Yoakam has appeared in more than 40 films, including “Sling Blade,” “Panic Room,” “Logan Lucky,” and “Cry Macho,” as well as the Amazon series “Goliath.”
