• Dustin Wayne Crowe, 49, of the 400 block of W. Fir Road was charged Thursday with first-degree strangulation.
• Nykei Strozier, 33, of the 1800 block of Triplett Street was charged Thursday with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
