• William Lomax, 56, homeless was charged Thursday with public intoxication of a controlled substance(excludes alcohol), possession of a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (meth), and drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.

• Damian D Marrow, 52, from the 2000 block of Obryan Blvd was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (meth), and drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.

• Francisco Rosada Perez, 33, from Cromwell, KY was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Charles Wayne Camfield, 44, from the 700 block of Wing Avenue was charged Thursday with failure to illuminate head lamps, possession of a controlled substance first-degree, second offense (meth), and trafficking marijuana second offense.

• Denny Lopez, 26, from the 1600 block of West Parrish Avenue was charged Thursday with leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid or assistance, operating a vehicle under the influence, first-degree aggravated circumstances, no operators-moped license, failure to produce insurance card, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance second offense first-degree.

• Larry Way Cecil, 75, from Maceo, KY was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (meth), and drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.

• Mohamoad Nazier, 20, from the 2000 block of Village Run was charged Friday with operating a vehicle while under the influence first-degree.
