• A juvenile was charged Tuesday with strangulation.
• A juvenile was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia- buy/possess.
• Shawn A Hall, 40, from the 500 block of Walnut Street was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of contents from a vehicle.
• Ryan Todd Greer, 34, address unknown was charged Thursday with promoting use of a minor (sub-section 7- A through E), promoting a minor under 16 in sex performance, distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by minor under 12, distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by minor over12 and under 18, possession of matter portraying sexual performance by minor under 12, possession of matter portraying sexual performance of minor over 12 and under 18 first offense, and distribution of obscene matter to minor first offense.
• Scott Kenady, 20, from the 2100 block of Westerfield Drive was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
