• Scott L Kenady, 20, from the 900 block of Isaac Shelby Lane was charged Thursday with fraudulent use of a credit card ($1,000<$10,000).
• Chasity M Cobb, 42, from the -100 block of Dixiana Court was charged Thursday with public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), drug paraphernalia buy/possess, and resisting arrest.
• Allen S Joiner, 41, from the 900 block of Walnut Street was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (meth), theft of identity of another without consent, and possession of marijuana.
• Andres Domingo-Gomez, 22, from the 1600 block of West 4th Street was charged Thursday with driving without a license, negligence in accident, failure to report accident, and operation of vehicle under the influence.
• Duncon Birdsall, 35, homeless was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance first-degree, second offense (meth), drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication.
• Lyric A Greer Payne, 24, from the 1200 block of Bardstown Road was charged Thursday with driving under the influence first offense.
• Julie D Phillips, 42, from the 1700 block of Bluff Avenue was charged Thursday with drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, possession of a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (meth).
• Anna F Barrows, 31, homeless was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of shoplifting.
