• Gregory O’Bryan, 39, of the 600 block of JR Miller Boulevard was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Derrick Shelton, 43, of the 2000 block of 9th Street was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Jeffrey J. Smith, 53, of the 1000 block of W. 6th Street was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
• Tonya Lynn Payne, 46, of the 300 block of Byron Court was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth and fentanyl).
