• Shane T. Nitman, 38, of the 100 block of Gilmour Court, was charged Friday with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
• Ryan Bartholomy, 33, of the 600 block of Wing Avenue was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Aaron Moseley, 45, of the 1300 block of Gilbert Lane was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth).
• Melany Rae Fulkerson, 52, of the 600 block of E. 24th Street was charged Monday with driving under the influence.
