• Johnathan Thomas Garr, 44, of the 2000 block of Wisteria Gardens was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Marquez William Bibbs, 37, of the 4000 block of Reliant Court was charged Monday with driving under the influence.
