• Hsagaw Sher, 39, from the 3700 block of Legacy Run was charged Saturday with operating a vehicle while under the influence first-degree, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to render aid or assistance.
• Joey Ray, 45, from the 700 block of Kentucky Parkway was charged Saturday with operating a vehicle while under the influence third-degree, driving with a DUI suspended license third offense, and possession of marijuana.
• Kourtlon T Harris, 18, from Whitesville, KY was charged Sunday with carrying a concealed weapon/receiving stolen property (firearm), using restricted ammo during a felony (no shots), and possession of marijuana (enhancement).
• Rashell Danyell Lilly, 42, homeless was charged Sunday with failure to use or improper signal, no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, possession of a controlled substance first-degree and first offense (cocaine), drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, possession of marijuana, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
