• Margaret Elouise Fuqua, 32, of the 1000 block of E. 5th Street was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Kayla Brianne Robertson, 29, of the 2000 block of Bluff Avenue was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
