• Benjamin Ross Johnson, 42, from the 2300 block of N Wintergreen Loop was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of a firearm.
• Donald E Fares, 68, from the 1700 block of Breckenridge Street was charged Wednesday with receiving stolen property ($10,000 or more).
