• Mary Kathryn Pearson, 68, from the 800 block of East 4th Street was charged Monday with receiving stolen property ($1,000<$10,000).
• Whitney Obryan, 35, from the 100 block of East 4th Street was charged Wednesday with public intoxication of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, and possession of synthetic drugs -first offense.
• Nathan Yaharus, 59, from the 2000 block of Yale Place was charged Wednesday with operating a vehicle under the influence, failure to produce insurance card-third offense, driving on a DUI suspended license- second offense, and leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid or assistance.
• Timothy Jones, 46, from the 2000 block of Skaggs Court was charged Wednesday with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (meth) (enhancement), possession of a controlled substance first-degree, carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives (enhancement), and public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
• Antoinne Eca, 24, from the 3000 block of Chickasaw Drive was charged Thursday with operating a vehicle under the influence first-degree, failure to illuminate head lamps, disregarding a stop sign, and possession of open alcohol beverage content in the vehicle.
