• Ethan K Thomasson, 34, from Boonville Indiana was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
• Allan Cowles Harl, 68, from Philpot KY was charged Monday with driving with a DUI suspended license-first offense, failure to surrender revoked operator license, failure to produce insurance card, and speeding 10 mph over the limit.
• Clayton Miller, 20, from the 2600 block of Darthmouth Drive was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting ($500<$1,000) and public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
• Vincente Lopez, 28, from the 600 block of Time Drive was charged Monday with fleeing or evading the police second-degree, operating a vehicle under the influence first-degree, and having no operator’s moped license.
• Ashok Kumar, 37, from the 300 block of Nassau Boulevard was charged Monday with driving under the influence.
• Tina Rana Haywood, 50, from the 5300 block of Highway 1514 was charged Monday with possession of a controlled substance first-degree and third offense (meth), drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, and failure to use or improper signal.
• Richard Saye, 46, from the 2300 block of Landing Terr was charged Tuesday with leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aide or assistance.
