• Timothy M Jones, 46, from the 2300 block of Skaggs Court was charged Tuesday with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (meth) (enhancement), drug paraphernalia-buy/possess (enhancement).
• Stacy Maurice Dillard, 20, of Georgia was charged Tuesday with improper display of registration plates, no registration plates, license to be in possession, possession of marijuana, and failure to produce an insurance card.
