• Frankie A. Townsend, 64, of the 2000 block of W. 5th Street was charged Saturday first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Cindy Sanders, 60, of the 1600 block of Cokesbury Court was charged Sunday first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Larry Tyree, 35, homeless, was charged Monday first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
