• Rebecca Denson, 33, from the 1200 block of Helga Court was charged Tuesday with trafficking a controlled substance first-degree (2 gms meth), trafficking in controlled substance first offense (carfentanil or fentanyl), drug paraphernalia, and trafficking a controlled substance third-degree first offense.
• Rose Harmon, 54, homeless was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting, drug paraphernalia, and trafficking a controlled substance first offense (2 gms meth).
