• A first-degree strangulation was reported on Tuesday by a Juvenile.
• Randy Lynn Turner, 62, from the 900 block of Walnut Street was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance first-degree, first offense (meth), failure to use or improper signal, obstruction of vision and/or windshield.
