• Whitney N. Belcher, 33, of the 1700 block of Lock Avenue was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (synthetic drugs).
• Antoinne Eca, 24, of the 3000 block of Chicksaw Drive was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence.
