Abigail L. Romo, 26, of the 1700 block of Bluff Ave. was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
Juan Gomez Domingo, 35, of the 700 block of W. Parrish Ave. was charged Wednesday with alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st and 2nd offense), leaving the scene of an accident — failure to render aid or assistance, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (aggravated circumstances), and driving without an operating license.
