David R. Lyons, 34, of the 3300 block of Hwy. 144 was charged Wednesday with an indictment warrant for trafficking in a controlled substance, criminal possession of a forged instrument, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a defaced firearm, endangering the welfare of a minor and possession of handgun by a convicted felon.
Krysten Hutchinson, 22, of the 2100 block of Churchill Ct. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc.
Curtis D. Dowell, 55, of the 2000 block of E. 17th St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
