A pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run accident on Thursday in the 600 block of Fulton Dr. at 6:30 a.m. Charles B. Jones, 27, of the 2600 block of E. Victory Ct. was injured in the accident and was transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment of injuries.
A traffic accident occurred Thursday at the corner of Veach Rd. and E. 25th St. at 3: 29 p.m. Shelia A. Lindsey, 60, of the 300 block of Catalina Dr. and Anna M. Watson, 24, of the 2900 block of State Route 505 South were driving in the two-vehicle accident. Lindsey was injured and transported to OHRH for treatment.
