Dennis W. Kiper, 67, of the 2500 block of Landing Terr. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence (aggravated circumstances).
Darrius L. Hill, 25, of the 700 block of Walnut St. was charged Tuesday with public intoxication of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
Issah W. Bailey, 30, of the 2700 block of W. 5th St. was charged Tuesday with theft of identity of another without consent, second-degree fleeing/evading police, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
