Jessica M. Ralph, 33, of the 2100 block of Churchill Dr. was charged Wednesday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft by unlawful taking (theft of an automobile) $500 or more and under $10,000.
Michael S. Mays, 47, of the 1600 block of Thompson Dr. was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and tampering with physical evidence.
