A juvenile was charged on Tuesday with first-degree robbery. 

 

Jeffrey Rickard, 36, of the 5000 block of Grandview Dr. was charged Tuesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

 

Tabitha Murphy, 25, homeless, was charged Tuesday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), second-degree fleeing/evading police, second-degree criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and second-degree escape. 

 

Brian K. Cook, 52, of the 100 block of Lakewood Dr. was charged Tuesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

 

Brian B. Blevins, 42, of the 40 block of Church St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

 

William Berry, 46, of the 1300 block of W. 2nd St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault and tampering with physical evidence. 

 

Bruce A. Millay, 55, of the 9700 block of Hwy. 951 was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).
