Tracy M. Dickens, 46, of Hartford, Ky., was charged Wednesday with fourth degree assault (domestic violence, minor injury) and first degree wanton endangerment.
Hunter M. Byrne, 39, of the 2500 block of Duke Drive, was charged with first degree wanton endangerment, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence (second offense) and receiving stolen property.
Tyshawn Hawkins, 19, homeless, was charged with giving officer false identifying information, carrying a concealed weapon, receiving stolen property (firearm), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jonathan L. Brown, 28, address unknown, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of synthetic drugs (second offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
