Landon S. Stinnett, 23, of the 2000 block of J.R. Miller Boulevard was charged Tuesday with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and possession of marijuana. 

 

Travis D. Lamb, 23, of the 300 block of Main Street was served a warrant Tuesday for the sell/transfer of simulated controlled substances, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in a controlled substance (meth). 

 

Waynell M. Martin, Jr., 50, of the 3300 block of Highway 144 was served a warrant Tuesday for trafficking in a controlled substance (meth; second offense), possession of drug paraphernalia and theft of a motor vehicle registration plate. 

 

Sarah Clouse, 27, of the 1100 block of Burlew Boulevard was charged Tuesday with trafficking in a controlled substance (meth). 

 

Tara M. Goodman, 43, of the 800 block of Poindexter Street was charged Tuesday with theft of a motor vehicle registration plate and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth; third or subsequent offense). 

 

Sha Kprue, 24, of the 20 block of Dixianna Court was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

 

David L. Elliot, 34, of the 2800 block of West Sixth Street was charged Tuesday with resisting arrest, theft of identity of another person without consent and second-degree disorderly conduct. 

Carolyn G. Northcutt, 49, of the 5300 block of Highway 279 South was charged Tuesday with trafficking in a controlled substance (meth; second offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
