Carl J. Lovett, 38, of the 100 block of East Throwbridge Street was charged Wednesday with theft of identity of another without consent and fleeing/evading police.
Bryant Clary, 35, of the 1700 block of Hughes Avenue was charged Wednesday with possession of synthetic drugs, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dustin Ferguson, 27, homeless, was charged Wednesday with fleeing/evading police, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of identity of another without consent and terroristic threatening.
