• Matthew Dunn, 35, address unknown, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• Tasha C. O’Dell, 35, of the 800 block of Idaho Lane, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
• James Robert Shanks, 41, of the 3900 block of Bordeaux Loop, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).
