• Marcus V. Fitzgerald, 29, of the 1200 block of W. 7th Street was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
• John P. Duke, 51, of the 1300 block of W. 2nd Street was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
• Michael A. Easter, 31, of the 1300 block of W. 7th Street was charged Friday with first-degree burglary and terroristic threatening.
• Andrew Riley Owen, 27, of the 700 block of Stone Street was charged Saturday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Cornellius Leon Johnson, 40, of Owensboro was charged Saturday with first-degree strangulation.
• Christopher Lee Nitman, 32, of the 600 block of Chuck Gray Court was charged Saturday with second-degree strangulation.
• Shelton Mumford, 40, of the 1400 block of W. 11th Street was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
• John P. Duke, 51, of the 1300 block of W. 2nd Street was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
