• Shelby Gillaspie, 28, of the 1800 block of Crescent Avenue was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (cocaine), first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (herion).
• Sandy Haynes, 53, of the 1800 block of Crescent Avenue was charged Monday with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance (meth).
