Both Apollo tennis teams picked up a win over Logan County at Moreland Park on Saturday morning. The girls’ earned a 9-0 sweep, while the boys’ took a 4-1 victory.
For the girls, singles winners were Macy Dame, Mia Lampert, Natalie Estes, Maggie Ward, Caroline Ashby and Maddie Wahl. Doubles victors were Caitlyn Blandford/Madalyn Hyland, Lauren Clements/Brooklyn Knight and Gracie Cart/Anna Hyland.
They boys’ team got singles wins from Chris Cox and Thomas Ashby. Ryan Ash/Michael Chapman won their doubles match and Apollo got another doubles win by forfeit.
