With pool play finally over, both Owensboro Southern and Daviess County are moving on to Wednesday’s semifinals in the 11U and 12U All-Stars District 1 Tournament at Country Heights Elementary School.
No Southern or DC team played Tuesday night, but they did not officially earn semifinal berths until a handful of teams wrapped up pool play.
In the 12U division, No. 1 seed Southern will face No. 4 seed Daviess County at 5 p.m. and No. 2 Bowling Green East plays No. 3 Warren County North in the second game.
In the 11U division, No. 4 seed Daviess County squares off with No. 1 Bowling Green East at 5 p.m., with No. 2 Southern versus No. 3 Warren County South in game two.
Championship games are scheduled for Thursday, with the 11U contest set for 4 p.m. and the 12U title game to follow.
