TUESDAY’S SOCCER ACTION:
• Clark, Boling lead Panthers past Henderson County
• Apollo routes Grayson County on road


CLARK, BOLING LEAD PANTHERS TO HOME WIN
Hunter Clark and Jacob Boling each scored twice as Daviess County (14-1-2) picked up a 4-1 home victory over Henderson County. The duo each scored in the 18th minute, and Boling added his second score in the 22nd minute.

Jackson Goddard and Carson Thomas had a double assist on one goal, while Boling and Declan Armistead had a double assist on another. Clark had a solo assist.

The Panthers wrap up the regular season Tuesday at South Warren.


APOLLO ROUTES GRAYSON COUNTY ON ROAD
Apollo (9-8) turned a 3-0 halftime lead into a dominant 10-0 road win over Grayson County. Goals came from Michael Posey, Harrison Bowman and Jaelin Kirk in the first half.

Second-half scores came from Bowman, Yo Shi Ya (2), Kirk, Casey Rynkowski and Wah Htoo. One scoring play was unlisted.

Picking up one assist each were Kirk, Bowman, Justin Gillim, Rynkowski, Soe Naing, Houston Collins and Eh Wah.

The Eagles play again Thursday when they host Madisonville-North Hopkins.
