This week’s Owensboro Times sports honors go to Daviess County’s Bryson Parm and Owensboro’s Jersie Rhineburger.

Parm, a freshman running back for the Panthers, is the Football Player of the Week after earning the most votes in the weekly poll. Parm had six carries for 104 yards and a touchdown.

Rhineburger, a junior volleyball player for the Lady Devils, is the Athlete of the Week after receiving the most votes in the weekly poll. Rhineburger totaled 60 digs, five assists, five aces and four kills in seven matches.

NOTE: This is the final Athlete of the Week poll for fall sports. There will be no Football Player of the Week poll next week with only one team in action this Friday.
