Owensboro Catholic’s Cassidy Towery has been named to the All-State Second Team by the Kentucky Volleyball Coaches Association.
So far this season, the senior outside hitter has recorded 350 kills, 109 digs, 62 assists, 54 aces and 45 blocks.
Towery and the Lady Aces have posted a 26-10 record that includes 9th District and 3rd Region championships. They will play in the first round of the state tournament Saturday when they take on Campbell County.
KVCA All-State Teams are voted on by KVCA member coaches.
