This week’s Owensboro Times basketball honors go to Daviess County’s Logan Hillard and Adylan Ayer after each received the most votes in their respective weekly poll.
Hillard, a senior guard for the Panthers, is the Boys’ Player of the Week after averaging 12.7 points and 5.3 rebounds in three games.
Ayer, a freshman guard for the Lady Panthers, is the Girls’ Player of the Week after averaging 13.5 points in two games.
Note: Next week’s Basketball Player of the Week polls will open Monday morning and run through Wednesday at 5 p.m. This week’s winners will not be eligible for nomination again.
