This week’s Owensboro Times basketball honors go to Apollo’s Landon Hamilton and Owensboro Catholic’s Rachel Traylor after each received the most votes in their respective weekly poll.
Hamilton, a senior for the Eagles, is the Boys’ Player of the Week after averaging 18 points and 11 rebounds in three games for Apollo.
Traylor, a sophomore for the Lady Aces, is the Girls’ Player of the Week after posting 11 points and 8 rebounds in Catholic’s victory over Edmonson County.
