Local golfers made their way to Rolling Hills Golf Course in Russellville, Kentucky, for the latest GO Junior Golf Series event.
Jax Malone was the lone golfer from Owensboro to compete and came in first place in his division.
Malone shot a 38 over 18 holes in the Boys 13-15 Championship, marking his second straight first place finish in the GO Junior Golf Series.
There will be a weeklong break before the next GO Junior Golf Series event, taking place at Lakeshore Country Club on July 6.
