The RiverDawgs offense was clicking on all cylinders on Friday, as they rattled off nearly 20 hits en route to an 18-2 win over the Muhlenberg County Stallions.

Owensboro grabbed three runs in the first inning of Friday’s contest, never looking back. Daleen Adderly led the way at the plate for the RiverDawgs on the day, going 3-4 while tallying a team-leading four RBIs.

The trio of EJ Clark, Cameron Nichols and Logan Bland all chipped in a pair of RBIs each for Owensboro, while Dylan Abbott, Nicklas Williams and Tyler McClure all added one RBI each. Adderly also had the Stallions offense baffled all game, allowing just two earned runs on four hits, allowing two walks and striking out nine en route to the 18-2 victory.

The RiverDawgs snap a five-game losing streak with the road win, as they will return home for the first time in two games and look to improve to 10-17 when they host the Madisonville Miners at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
