On the latest episode of the Sports Spiel Owensboro Times Sports Editor Gage Johnson is joined by recent Daviess County graduate and now freshman wide receiver at Kentucky Wesleyan Isaiah Tomes, as the two talk about Tomes career with DC, his future with Kentucky Wesleyan and hopes for the future on and off the field.
Tomes was a two-sport athlete for the red and white, serving as a guard for the basketball team and a key part of a Daviess County football team that won its first district title since 2008. He will be playing wide receiver for the purple and white Panthers now, while also studying sports journalism.
